P.E volleyball

volleyball rules and regulations.

There's a maximum of 6 back and front in rows of 3.
on every serves that count as a  scorer whenever the winning rally (rally-point scoring)

• The Net and Court.
• Lines.
• Posts and Cables.
• Antenna and Side Bands.
• Knee pads.
• Shoes.
• Clothing and Jewellery.

But I need to learn the Techniques for defense. 

• Blocking – Attack; Defend. 
• Defensive Skills – Rolling; Sliding.

This includes responsibility for Track and field, cross country running, road running, and spacewalking.
