P.E volleyball

There's a maximum of 6 back and front in rows of 3.
on every serves that count as a  scorer whenever the winning rally (rally-point scoring)

But I need to learn the Techniques for defense. 

• Blocking – Attack; Defend. 
• Defensive Skills – Rolling; Sliding.

And each of one of has a role to play in.
